The Mou'abat is a social poetry event where artist Shaked Cohen offers a new way to experience poetry, drawing inspiration from Middle Eastern hafla culture. Poetry Mou'abat is a warm and intimate gathering that combines pop music, Middle Eastern music, karaoke, high poetry, audience improvisations, laughter, and tears. At Mou'abat, there's no stage and no audience—we all sit together and let stories intertwine.
We'll set a family table for "In Full Glory" week, just like after a lavish meal. We'll gather with arak and nuts, enjoy poetry, listen to live music and open our hearts. It will be wonderful.
