The Liebling Haus - White City Center Application - Terms of Use 

 

The purpose of the Liebling Haus - White City Center Application of the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality (hereinafter - the "App" and the "Municipality") is to review and learn about the Liebling Haus - White City Center and the architecture of Tel Aviv-Jaffa city.

The use of the App is subject to the terms of use set forth below (hereinafter – the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must discontinue all use of the App and remove it from your device at once.

It is clarified that whilst using the App, the User must obey all traffic rules and laws pertaining to pedestrians, and that use of the App in the public space is the sole responsibility of the user.

The user must remove any listening device when crossing a street or if on a crosswalk.

The services and information contained in the App, as well as user-generated content, are provided to users "as is" and the Municipality and/or anyone on its behalf are not liable for any use made of them by the user, whether directly or indirectly, and/or for the user's reliance on them. 

It is stressed that the Municipality makes every effort to ensure that the information is correct and accurate to the extent possible, but an error and/or flaw in the information may nonetheless occur.

All the rights to the App, including names and trademarks, codes, computer codes, technological information involved in its operation, applications, website design and graphics – belong solely to the Municipality and no use can be made of them without obtaining written consent from the Municipality.

The Municipality does not guarantee full availability of the App without interruption.

The user hereby waives all claims that he may have against the Municipality with respect to the use of and/or the information found on the App.

The user hereby waives any demand and/or claim and/or grievance with respect to damage and/or bodily harm and/or property damage arising from and/or due to the use of the App and/or resulting from walking along or spending time on Independence Trail.

The user undertakes to indemnify the Municipality and/or anyone on its behalf with respect to any damage, loss, payment or expenditure which it may incur, including attorney fees and court costs resulting from a violation of these Terms of Use and/or arising from any other damage to the App by the user and/or by anyone on his behalf.

The App may contain links to websites of third parties that are not owned or controlled by the Municipality and which are found on the App as a convenience to the user. It is clarified that the Municipality is not responsible for the content found on websites of third parties, and the links to websites of third parties on the App do not indicate that the Municipality has given any validity, endorsement, recommendation or preference to those linked sites, including to any advertisements or notices appearing on those sites and/or to their operators.

It is clarified that the Municipality does not bear any responsibility for websites and/or information of third parties, and that by using the App you release the Municipality from any claim arising from your use of such websites.

The Municipality reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify any feature of the App service at any time.

The Municipality has the right to block or restrict the access to the App service due to any violation of these Terms of Use set forth above and/or at its discretion, and this without providing any notice, reason or explanation.

The Municipality is entitled to change these Terms of Use on the website at any time and without prior notice, and the user shall be bound by that change for all intents and purposes from the moment it is posted. Use of the App after changes are posted shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The use of the masculine form in these Terms of Use is for convenience only and refers to women and men alike.

Any inquiry pertaining to the App and the use of the information found therein should be sent to the Municipal Service Center at the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, which can be contacted through the municipal website at: www.tel-aviv.gov.il.

The courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have sole jurisdiction in the matter of the App and the use made thereof, governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.

It may be possible that The Liebling Haus - White City Center App uses photos and other works whose copyright holders are unknown or untraceable, although the White City Center has worked diligently to find or locate the copyright holders. In case such use has indeed been made, the copyright holders may request to cease usage.
