Urban planning in the time of Corona

While the corona virus presents challenges to everyday life in the public sphere, it also drives change. Today, when most people live in cities, global crises such as the current epidemic require innovative solutions and urban initiatives. Our bilateral dialogue examines emerging ideas and strategies for creating urban resilience in the public sphere in both countries, Switzerland and Israel, with a focus on aspects of strategic planning on the one hand and professional solutions on the other. In the conversation we discuss topics such as: creating inclusive public spaces, promoting multicultural agendas, encouraging cooperative values, and introducing nature into the urban space.
