Segrefito

Sharon Golan-Yeron hosts conservators Mika Tal and Shai Farkash for a conversation about the monumental wall paintings from the first years after the establishment of the state.
Segrefito is a technique of painting on walls by removing layers of plaster. In this lecture we deal with painters and artists who contributed their talent to the young and developing community in the fifties and sixties of the last century, when they created monumental paintings, and through them conveyed many messages in the public sphere.
