In the last year, since the outbreak of the global corona epidemic, we have witnessed the emergence of a more complex relationship between man and the urban space. A variety of creative solutions change the face of cities, improve accessibility for pedestrians, expand the places to sit and stay outside and make it easier for local businesses that, by necessity, extend onto the sidewalk. The architect Ehud Nedel (Nedel Ruizin Architects) and the urban planner Lior Steinberg (Humankind, Rotterdam) will present their approach to tactical urbanism and "placemaking", an innovative means that promotes creative solutions in the public space that make the city a happy, colorful and inviting place for residents and visitors.
