Let's talk about the annexation

The annexation plan, the main point of which is the application of Israeli sovereignty over part of the territories of Judea and Samaria, was frozen in August 2020 and did not come to fruition as planned, but the reality that already exists on the ground, which in practice constitutes a form of sovereignty, raises various issues concerning planning as well.
