Planning projects for underprivileged populations is one of the ways architects influence reality with professional tools. Dr. Shelly Cohen, a researcher of social aspects of space in Israel and a lecturer at the David Azrieli School of Architecture at Tel Aviv University, will talk about the local expression of the global trend, and the motives behind the "ethics of concern" concept.
