The research is to present principles of sustainability and energy efficiency for the planning and execution of listed buildings undergoing a restoration process. Adapting existing buildings and their rehabilitation may extend the effective use of millions of buildings around the world, reduce the use of raw materials and air pollution and thus significantly reduce the impact of construction on the environment.
