The World We Live In: Creative Thinking

The World We Live In workshop uses tools from the worlds of art, science, and movement to observe and ask questions about phenomena in the universe. We will learn about concepts such as mass, weight, and buoyancy first hand. We will track the motion of the planets using our bodies and create a collaborative performance of their orbits in space. The workshop introduces participants to various phenomena we encounter in familiar urban areas, offering a new, creative point of view through an active, engaged experience. The workshop develops intuition and refines participants’ ingenuity and free thought.
